Issue: Notifications not loading

Description
notifications dont show up. it just goes "there has been a problem loading the notifications" and then under it theres a "click here to try again" but i click there and nothing happens. it isnt even a link or anything, its just a text element. i reload the page, nothing. The notifications dont work
How to reproduce the issue
i literally just opened demirramon, and clicked on "notifications" under my profile, and the notifications dont wanna show up.
