Feature request: Italic mention backgrounds

Description
A little design thingy, being that the background for mentions becomes italic if the text is italic as well.
Example -> I amMissus System aren't I
The background doesn't tilt like the text, making it look a little weird when used next to italic text
now that I re-read this and imagined how the background would look like with the avatar in there it's kinda stupid-
