Issue: Links can't be clicked on iOS (or at least, that's what it looks like)

Description
I'm not sure if this is exactly an issue with the website itself, but I cannot seem to click links on my iPad on Safari. I can hold on them just fine, and it brings up a menu like all other links do, but clicking on links specifically does nothing.
How to reproduce the issue
Rather self-explanatory.
