Issue: * sprites don't upload and show a pop-up, "Internal Error."

Description
* Anytime i try to add a sprite to a character, the image I add is replaced with a Question Mark(?) titled "(unknown)".
* And it shows a pop-up that only says " Internal Error."

* this affects all pre-existing characters, not ones that were just made. I hope this was good enough.

How to reproduce the issue
* I removed all the sprites to replace them with new ones, but when I added them, the above happened.
