Issue: the V icon of foldable sections put in foldable sections don't change

Description
I think the title is self-explainatory
but here's an example:
The foldable section that has all the other foldable sections in it seems to set the V icon for every of these
it only happens when the foldable sections are in another foldabel section, if there's 2 different foldable sections that aren't inside another one, it works like expected

How to reproduce the issue
- create a foldable section ([hide] bbcode tag)
- create a second foldable section in the first one
- open both
- try to close/open the second one
- the V icon doesn't change
