Feature request: Add the ability to save from preview

Description
When writing/editing comments, descriptions, etc. , it's possible to see a preview, but in most cases, it's not possible to save from the preview, making it necessary to leave preview mode to apply changes or send a comment.
I'm asking for the ability to save changes or send a comment from the preview, too.
