Issue: Comments search by text doesn't work very well

Description
When I try to search (or filter, if you prefer) comments, I can search with a username, and I should be able to search with text, and with the latter, I should see all comments that contain this word.
Here's an example where I search with my username:
The first comment returned contains the word "adds".
if I add this word to the search:
nothing is found, now, while I expect to at least see that first comment that contains the word "adds".
Behavior is the same with the "Search whole text" box checked.

How to reproduce the issue
- Search for a comment sent by someone in particular
- Add to the search a word contained in one of the comments found at the previous step
- Suddenly no results
