Issue: The "you must be connected to import" modal only triggers once per button

Description
When I try to click on the import button of a character while I'm not connected, it shows this: 
but if I click on "No thanks", then try again to click on the same import button, nothing happens
in case of the undertale character browse, all import buttons have the same behavior, and don't affect other import buttons, only themselves, so I can see that modal many times if I click on the many import buttons on the page

How to reproduce the issue
(you need to not be connected to an account for this)
- Go to any character page OR the undertale character browse page
- click on the/any import button
- when the modal appears, click on "No thanks"
- click on the same button
- nothing happens
