Issue: Emoji picker not working (due to my very specific circumstances TwT)

yeah uh, so ever since my profile page got blocked, some features have become somewhat fragile, as i get "internal error"s often (though inconsistently somehow??), and for the emoji picker it ALWAYS happens.
i doubt you can really do anything about it, but knowing why it happens in the first place at least would be nice.
all i know is that so far, the only pages i've found to be blocked are my profile, smg1.5's profile, and the community content page

due to the super specific circumstances i don't think this is replicable at all
