Accurate dates

The bug that added a month to all dates has been fixed. The dates now finally display the appropiate days and hours addapted to your timezone.

I fixed a bug that prevented you from typing more than 300 characters when replying to a comment as well.

Also, UTGEN custom characters' descriptions support BB code now (which should have been working for months now but I noticed I forgot to add it when I was improving their code).
