New badges and roles?

New badges: <img src='/img/icons/Undertale_official.png'> official spriter for who made official sprites for the undertale generators and <img src='/img/icons/Undertale_editor.png'> Undertale editor for who is able to edit characters in the generators are now available.

Also, the way the error pages work has been improven. Errors will be logged to make it easier to fix them, too.
