Website: Spoiler tag adjustments

We have made some slight adjustments to the spoiler tag. This tag didn't play nicely with images and links. Its intended use is to hide small amounts of text, and forcing it to resize to fit images and other bigger elements inside would make it work worse for its intended purpose. For this reason, we decided to disable tag parsing inside it. Emoji should still work, though.

If you need to hide formatted text, please use the [hide] tag instead. This one will parse its contents and is less annoying to deal with. It also has a new style now! We hope you like the change. We have also updated the icon in the text editor toolbar to make its purpose clearer.
