A few fixes and improvements.

• Request 438: show if accounts in the friends/blocks list are deactivated or banned.


• Request 456: make URLs recolorable.


• Issue 445: sprites of the user content page are hard to see if they're white while using light mode.


• Issue 446: quote author box overlap.


• Issue 451: notifications from comments in custom characters show "null" as the character name.


• Bugfix: you can friend, block, and ignore yourself.
