Description
One of the characters from the hit game DANDY'S WORLD!!!
I've decided to use a smaller canvas (60x60 pixels, I think) for an unknown reason (maybe to represent she's a child, among all toons.)
With this toon done (as of Version 0.6.4.1), I would've said I finished every toon! truly a milestone for me!
