Based on the card called "King of Clubs/Clovers", he's, well, the king of clovers. He's the father of Clove/Clovinski, and the smartest of the four rulers.
His relationship with the King of Spades isn't, well, very good, what with the King of Spades wanting ultimate power over every kingdom, but, his relationship with the other rulers is great.
