Niko, the Messiah! (or the messi-nya as some call them!) I was going to use this for my own personal project, but since I'm planning on remaking almost everything with that, I'm just going to post this one for the world to use.
One special thing about this sprite, is how it's recolorable! Which means that is you change the sprite color, the yellow eyes and white highlights will stay the same! (not a huge feature, but I thought it was cool.)
Feel free to use this for whatever textboxes or projects you want!

Oh wow! Thank you all for 100 Imports!!
This note is going to be a bit longer than I normally would make, but I have a few things to say.
First of all, I should probably answer the burning question; Will I make more dialogue sprites for Niko? Admittedly, I didn't have much reason to make more sprites, mostly because I didn't think it was needed. But since I have nothing else to make (besides Mad Mew Mew+)... I might as well work on this again! In fact, I made a few more now! It's not a lot, but I just wanted to get some "official" expressions in.
However... I don't really want work on this sheet anymore. Not that it's bad, don't get me wrong, but I've always wanted to make improved looking sprites for Niko. Nothing major, it'll probably just be some light changes. (I also don't like the overworld sprites, so that's something to work on.) But I don't want to fully replace these sprites incase the new sprites aren't as liked and the old ones are preferred. Which is why I'm going to make V2 of this sheet! And when that sheet is done, I'll make a TWM version as well! (mostly just for fun!) I'm not sure when it'll come out, but I'll be here eventually. (hopefully soon.)

Also, I want to give a huge thank you to "u/Friendly-Mechanic670" for using my Niko sprites for their comic series! It's really cool seeing my sprites used in stuff like this, especially comics! (tho, i found out about the comic's existence 2 months after it started....... sorry for being late to this!)
This is also partially why I'm even working on more sprites to begin with.
