Description
The blue blur we all know and love, pulled right outta the blast-processed days.
Before you ask, yes, I'm making this with the idea that he can speak, something Sonic Generations denied him but gave to Tails for whatever reason. I believe the best voice for it is the one for Sonic CD's voicelines, like "Yes!" and "I'm outta here!" Alternatively, you could use the SATAM/AoSTH voice.
