Speed the Jolteon from Eeveelution Squad. Edited from the Speed image from here.
Also includes faces that are references to Sans (Canon and GG!Underfell), Papyrus (Canon and Disbelief), and maybe possibly Clover (up to you whether or not you see the last sprite as a Clover reference).
There's not as many faces as Sunshine, but there's not as much to work with for Speed compared to Sunshine.
