Description
Pokeys are cheerful cactus enemies that are typically composed of three to five spherical body segments. Pokeys may have either flowers or spikes on their heads, depending on their appearance. To defeat a Pokey, typically each body section must be destroyed; however, defeating the head usually defeats the entire enemy. Pokeys first appear in Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic and its Super Mario equivalent, Super Mario Bros. 2.
