A little patch to address some issues of the previous update. And to also add Carol because I completely forgot about her.

- Added "new" indicator to characters.
- The "new" indicators now disappear after a week.
- Fixed badly-encoded characters in the changelog.
- Fixed empty group names in the character selector for imported characters.
