Website: Second update of 2024? IDK what to call this.

This update addresses complaints about the new comment layout, bringing more customization through the comment preferences. It also fixes a couple of bugs.
Oh, by the way, the Overworld Mockup Generator has also received a couple of bug fixes in version 1.2.8, released a few minutes ago.
